About Adrian Schoonmaker

Adrian & Jocelyn Schoonmaker, Charlottesville, Virginia
Adrian Schoonmaker has spent the last 17 years in youth and young adult counseling, leadership, pastoring, mentoring, and authoring. He is an ordained minister in the Assemblies of God, with experience as a college professor, pastor, high school teacher, journalist, consultant, and seminar speaker. A native of New England, Adrian holds two master’s degrees in Journalism and Practical Theology, and is currently completing his doctorate in Leadership and Renewal at the Regent University School of Divinity. When not adventuring with his family or writing papers for school, Adrian travels nationwide as a full-time consultant serving a variety of church traditions, including Pentecostal, Episcopal, nondenominational, United Methodist, Lutheran, and Baptist. Adrian and his wife, Jocelyn, are raising their four energetic children in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, just minutes from UVA (University of Virginia), in a place they love: the “city of the three Presidents,” Charlottesville, Virginia.
The 2009-2010 consulting project has us stationed in central Virginia. Come visit us at the foot of the Blue Ridge Mountains, on the beautiful 80-acre Dover-Foxcroft Farm, at the north end of Charlottesville, Virginia. We’d love to host you for a night or two!

Great! Enjoyed it…not familiar with all the ministries, but would be interesting to discuss! good seeing you yesterday Age…has been too long since we sat down and just talked. Wish I’d had more time…will have to get together after little Leilani arrives!
Love to you and family,
Janet
Yes, Adrian, good reading what you have to say on your website. Your way with words inspires me in many wayys . . . to keep reading, to listen carefully, and to examine my thinking and adjust it according to what the Lord is telling me. You also inspire me to write better. Hope to get the chance to speak with you soon.
Clarice
PS: Your children are just as beautiful as your mother says they are.
